Creations, Etc. "Go Green" Challenge

Image
I must admit that I have become a little concerned as to what the world will be like 10...20...30 years from now. There are many warning signs all around us that we need to "clean up our act" and do what we can to save our natural resources.  I created this layout to remind me of the beautiful places I have been in hopes that 100 years from now, it will look just the same...if not better.  Thanks for stopping by ~ If you have a minute, hop over and see Monica at Creations, Etc. This is a great group of friends sharing their ideas and unique projects! We would love for you to join us!

Cards for Soldiers - Creating cards that they can send home to loved ones

Image
If you haven't heard of Operation Write Home, you should really check this out. They are always in need of cards for the soldiers to use helping them keep in touch with their families and friends. At the moment, they are asking us to create Mother's Day cards for the active duty men and women to send home to their mother.   You can visit their website here  http://www.operationwritehome.org/index.html or click on one of my link buttons on the right. Why not do something good with the hobby we love!! The site has tutorials and live webcasts as well as freebies so take a minute and let me know what you think! To the men and women who are, and have, defended our country....THANK YOU!
